I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a perfect location. The check-in process was quick and the staff were very friendly. They even gave me a map and recommendations for exploring the city. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the lake and Wawel Castle. The hotel's recent refurbishment made the rooms modern and clean, and the bathroom was impeccable. The breakfast in the atrium was a great experience, with a wide selection to choose from and attentive staff. The location of the hotel couldn't be beaten, with Wawel Castle just a couple of minutes away and other attractions within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay and I will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel property was luxurious with perfect location right by the town centre, the castle and the center of town where the square is. Roof top bar was nice. I had stylish room with ceiling windows, good view, as example. Generally everything was very clean, yet the bathroom was very small. Staff was brilliant, highly courteous, and responded promptly to requests.

Location is perfect, right by the river and within walking distance to all the attractions. the hotel itself is modern and spacious, with a beautiful atrium that gives a great sense of space.

The bathroom was disappointing, with outdated fixtures and an unhygienic shower curtain. It would have been much better to have a shower screen or a separate shower instead of having to climb in and out of the bath.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were top-notch. the massage I received in the treatment room was heavenly. the sun terrace and garden area added a nice touch to my relaxation. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional and served delicious food and drinks.

I had to ask multiple times for this option and it was not readily available.
